These terms govern use of the websites operated by JP LAB (제이피랩, “we”): jplab.site, jplabstudio.com, jplabstudio.dev and their subpages (the “Website”). The Gildam terms of use apply to the Gildam app.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between us and Website users.
2. The Website
The Website introduces JP LAB and its products and provides related documents (support, privacy policies, terms). It has no sign-up, payments, or sales.
3. Copyright and trademarks
- Rights in the Website's text, design, app screens, and logos belong to us or their rightful owners.
- You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use its content without our prior written consent, except as the law allows, such as quotation with attribution.
- Fonts used (MaruBuri, Pretendard, Instrument Serif) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. iPhone, App Store, and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc.
4. Your obligations
Do not attack the Website, access it with excessive automation, try to bypass its security, or infringe others' rights or break the law.
5. Accuracy
We try to keep the Website accurate, but features, schedules, and screens of products in development may change. Features marked “planned” are not committed.
6. External links
Links to external sites such as Apple or government bodies are governed by those sites' policies.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses from being unable to use the Website because of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or hosting outages, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes
We may change these terms within the limits of the law, announcing the effective date and changes on the Website 7 days in advance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
